*Bulletin Deadline* The deadline for submitting information to be published in our bulletin is 8:00 am, 10 days prior to the Sunday publication date. Please submit info to bulletin.holycrossfop@gmail.com

Thank you to everyone who submits information in order to notify and advertise events and activities within our Family of Parishes. To beneficially help things run smoother for all involved, the following requirements have been established for all events/activities that are being advertised:

ADVERTISING SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS

Bulletin Submissions: 

At minimum, a text version of your information in paragraph format is required to be submitted via email. Image/graphic files are not required, but are allowed and will be used at the discretion of the Director of Communications based on the following. 

  1. All image/graphic files that are submitted need to be in both a pdf format and either a jpg or png format. 
  2. Your image/graphic must be no more than 3.75”(width) x 5”(height) and readable at this size.
  3. If the image/graphic is not readable at designated size, not in the correct format, or if space does not allow for the image/graphic within the bulletin then the text version will be used.


Social Media Submissions:

All image/graphic files that are submitted need to be in either a jpg or png format.Note: Image/graphic files may be utilized on social media even if it is not printed in the bulletin.

All Submissions: 

Usage of all submissions will be at the discretion of the Director of Communications in line with the direction of the Pastor.
