St. Paul Parish Renovation Project – Renewing Our Parish Home for Today and Tomorrow 

Phase 1:

  • Replace roofing on hall, garage and rectory

  • Replace windows in the hall, bathrooms, behind the sacristy and including all classrooms (upper and lower)

  • Cry room and Confessional repairs

  • Handicap accessible hall restrooms

Phase 2:

  • Kitchen and hall updates and improvements

  • Electrical and plumbing upgrades

Phase 3:

  • Repair drainage issues around hall / update plumbing

  • Repair and re-pavement of parking lot

  • Landscaping for hall and church

  • Restore upstairs CCD parish classrooms

  • New HVAC

Phase 4:

  • Remodel basement CCD classrooms

Project Timeline:
Roofing, cry room, confessional, and window replacements are scheduled to begin this Spring.  Renovations to the bathrooms are planned to begin this Summer, with work continuing into the kitchen and parish hall as funds are raised. If funds are raised, Phase 1 & 2 will be completed by November 1, 2026.  This will allow religious education classes and parish activities to continue without interruption.

Project Funding Needs:  

Thanks to your generosity, our current funds will fully cover the cost of roofing, cry room, confessional, and all window replacement at a cost of $111,000. Additional funds are needed to complete the project and planned renovations:

  • Phase 1 (Handicap accessible hall bathrooms): $44,233 needed

  • Phase 2 (Kitchen and Hall updates): $158,840 needed

  • Phase 3 (Drainage, Plumbing, Parking lot, Landscaping, upstairs classrooms, and HVAC): line items will be determined as project/fund raising proceeds

  • Phase 4 (All aspects of the classrooms and basement): line items will be determined as project/fund raising proceeds

These improvements are essential to maintaining the vitality of our parish, but they come with significant cost. We humbly invite our parish family to prayerfully consider supporting this effort through a financial gift.
