- Mary statue restoration and base be placed on the stand in the church entrance.-base completed (Mike Litmer) and in the church entrance October 2025-- waiting for statue restoration (Robert Klopp) to be returned - in progress
- New shingle roof for rectory planned to be installed by Heitkamp Builders Spring 2026
- Replacement of roof on garage and St Paul hall.
- Back lighting of the crucifix behind the altar.- in progress Matt Hart
- Removal and replacement of ceiling tiles in confessional and cry room.
- Ideas and planning for renovations to the St Paul Hall. Mike Bruns reviewing and updating renovation plan ideas for St Paul Parish Hall / bathrooms. Inviting Joe Pottkotter of Pottkotter Construction to January 19, 2026 St Paul Parish Council Meeting to discuss St Paul Parish hall renovations, options and pricing.
-Project complete summer 2025. Sump Pump replacement in window well to decrease basement flood concerns completed by Mitch Stammen and staff.
-Project complete August 2025. Stands placed under incense and candles in church per code. Josh Wuebker completed and donated powder coated metal plates in church and sacristy areas.
-Project complete August 2025. Bee & hive removal outside roof area above confessional by Dustin Sudhoff and Kevin Welling. Roof leaking above cry room repaired by Wellman Brothers.
-Project complete October 2025. Donated art anonymous - hung in the cry room.
- Project complete October 10, 2025. Chairs to replace the unstable bride, groom, and extra clergy member chairs for the front altar area of St. Paul. - Four chairs replaced by Bernhaus Furniture.
- Project complete November 21, 2025. Tree removal and replacement in the St Paul yard area. Fifer Services completed tree removal and clean up and Uhlenhake Landscape & Design completed tree replacement, stump grind removal and topsoil replacement. Uhlenhake Landscape & Design plans future frost seeding for grass February 2026.
