Phase 1:

  • Replace roofing on hall, garage and rectory - hall and garage complete

  • Replace windows in the hall, bathrooms, behind the sacristy and including all classrooms (upper and lower) - hall and garage finished after weather good enough for outside trim

  • Cry room and Confessional repairs - awaiting scheduling

  • Handicap accessible hall restrooms - completion scheduled 9/15/2026

Phase 2:

  • Kitchen and hall updates and improvements - completion scheduled 9/15/2026

  • Electrical and plumbing upgrades - main hall area / restroom - completion scheduled 9/15/2026

Phase 3:

  • Repair outdoor drainage issues around hall / update plumbing - planning spring 2027

  • Repair and re-pavement of parking lot - planning spring 2027

  • Landscaping for hall and church - planning 2027

Phase 4:

  • basement CCD classrooms - planning 2027

  •    Restore upstairs CCD parish classrooms - planning 2027

  •    New HVAC - planning 2027

Project Funding Needs:  

Thanks to your generosity, our current funds fully cover the cost of roofing, cry room, confessional, hall / rectory window replacement, handicap bathroom / accessible front door, kitchen remodel, and drainage update / repair. Additional funds are needed to continue the projects and planned renovations:

  • Phase 1 (Handicap accessible hall bathrooms): COMPLETED

  • Phase 2 (Kitchen and Hall updates): COMPLETED

  • Phase 3 (Drainage, Parking lot, Landscaping : awaiting estimates and definitive plans: APPROXIMATELY 50% FUNDED

  • Phase 4 (All aspects of the upstairs classrooms and basement): updated estimates and financials will be available as phase 3 nears completion
