Please fill out this registration form to enter your team into the Holy Cross Family of Parishes Pickleball Tournament. The Pickleball tournament organizer will confirm your registration via email, phone call, or text.
DO NOT PAY YOUR REGISTRATION FEE ONLINE UNTIL YOUR ENTRY HAS BEEN APPROVED BY THE ORGANIZER.
